Poster Launch of ‘Saajna’: Vighnanz’s First Musical Video
After having already secured a place in the hearts of music lovers across the state, ‘Vighnanz –The Band’ is now ready with its first musical video, ‘Saajna… Every love story is beautiful’. One of Odisha’s most popular musical bands, Vighnanz, which has also made its presence felt at a national level, recently released the poster and teaser of the album.
Based on a man’s mad love for his beloved, this romantic Odia track sees Sambeet Acharya and Sambhabana Mohanty together for the first time in the direction of renowned choreographer Girish Mohanty, while the cinematography is done by Rabindra Behera and Basudev Dalai. With Arun Mantri writing the lyrics for the song, the entire track has been composed and sung by Vighnanz’s lead vocalist Durga.
Talking to the audience at the launch on April 22nd, Durga said, “My goal was to come up with new ideas and give something ‘hatke’ to my viewers. So, I have given all my heart into doing something different and hope that people love it.”
The album is backed by leading music label of Odisha ‘Amara Muzik’. The company plans to release the single in a non-conventional fashion. The song will go live across all digital platforms like Gaana, Saavn, Wynk, Jio, iTunes and You Tube.
“Saajna is a wonderful story, crafted brilliantly and also marks our debut into the single album category. It satisfies our standards of deliverables to the industry. We are more than happy to be associated with Saajna,” informed Dharitri Moharana, the PR Manager of Amara Muzik.
Produced by Vighnanz the Band, Basudev Films in association with Prelude Productions and Siddhi creations, Saajna has already started gathering a good fan following and is trending on social media, even before the audio and video release. The producers of the album G Durga Prasad, Satyabrata Sanu Ratho, Basudev Dalai and Satyabrata Behera are excited about the official release.
