The Odisha government has taken a major step forward in its ambitious Bhubaneswar New City project by appointing Singapore-based global consultancy firm Surbana Jurong (SJ) to prepare the city’s master plan. The project will come up across 800 acres in Daspur, Gothapatna, Mallipada, and Andharua on the outskirts of the capital city.
