Four Asanas To Increase Height of Children

Four Asanas To Increase Height of Children

Children's health often depends on their diet and physical activities. Many children are very fussy about eating and drinking, due to which not only does their weight decrease, but sometimes it can also affect their height. Lack of nutrition and physical activity in children often prevents them from growing in height. The reason for this could also be blockage in their growth plates. Due to low height, children's confidence may decrease, which can have a negative impact on the mental health of children.

There can be many reasons for stunting in children's height. Some yoga asanas activate their growth plates, which helps in increasing their height. The following 4 asanas help in increasing their height rapidly.

1. Tadasana

This pose stretches the muscles of the entire body, especially the baby's spine and legs, which helps promote the growth plates. It improves their posture and alignment, allows room for the spine to grow, improves core and leg balance, and increases leg strength.

2. Chakrasana

By doing Chakrasana, the spine of children becomes flexible and strong. This stretches their legs, stimulating the growth plates. This asana strengthens the arms, legs, spine and abdominal muscles, improves posture, which can help in increasing height.

3. Bhujangasana

Bhujangasana stretches the spine and helps strengthen the back muscles. This asana improves the flexibility and posture of the body by lengthening the spine and increasing the growth plates in the upper body, which is very important to increase the height of children.

4. Paschimottanasana

It is beneficial for diabetic patients as well. This also provides relief from stress and depression. It stretches the entire body, due to which blood circulation flow happens properly. The spine becomes strong. Belly fat also disappears. This is an effective asana to increase the height of the child.
