Ollywood Actress Tamanna Vyas Vies For Femina Miss India 2019

Rising Ollywood actress Tamanna Vyas is in the list of three finalists from Odisha to secure berths in the East Zonal Crowning ceremony of Femina Miss India-2019 scheduled to be held in Kolkata on April 23.

The other two girls from the state to have qualified are Sheetal Sahu and Arupa Rath. Tamanna bagged the Miss Popular Choice Award at the Central Miss Diva 2018 in Mumbai last August.

Excited for this, Tamanna revealed to MCL, “It was actually my father’s dream. He has supported me a lot. I have worked hard to participate in this. For my grooming I would like to thank Sabyasachi Satpathy (ex Bigg Boss contestant and designer). I am trying to represent Odisha at the National level and if I get the chance, it will be an honor to represent India. Also, I want to promote my city Berhampur through my success.”

The three girls made it to the next round during the Odisha auditions which were held at a mall here. More than 100 participants from various parts of the state had participated in the auditions for the coveted crown.

Tamanna tasted success in the Odia film industry with ‘Excuse Me, Kan Kala Se’ and ‘Nijhum Ratira Saathi’ and was also paired opposite Anubhav Mohanty in ‘Prem Kumar’. “I will continue doing Odia films since it’s my base and people have given me so much love for acting, which is my passion, ” she says.
