Ollywood To Witness Content As Protagonist With ‘Atithi’
After releasing more than 100 music videos, the banner ‘Reels and Reels’ is all set to hit the big screen with its upcoming film ‘Atithi’. Starring Ollywood actors Manoj Mishra and Anu Choudhury in lead roles with this project, Sthita Pattnaik is debuting as a film producer. The film is being directed by Ajay Padhi, who has earlier directed the Odia web-series ’72 Hours’.

The star cast also includes well known O-town actors like Sukant Rath, Chinmaya Mishra, Dibya Mohanty, Abhisekh Giri, Dwipanit, Sayal, Chinmay Mishra, Jiban Panda and Sarbeswar. While Manas Padhiary has written the story, Rabi Narayan Das has written its dialogue and screenplay.
Actor Manoj Mishra said, “The content of the movie is very unique. I hope the youth will love this movie. I also love my character in the movie. It is also challenging for us as we are doing this film in this difficult situation,”

While Soumesh Satpathy and Bunny Mohanty have composed the music, trending Odia singers like Humane Sagar, Biraj Rath, Kuldip Patnaik, Arpita Choudhury and Sanchita Subhadarsini have rendered their voices.
Anu said, “I am playing a present generation homemaker. Playing hostages, we have to present all types of emotions. I have worked with most of the team members of the film earlier. So that created a friendly atmosphere at work. All the actors and technicians have tried their best to create a fresh presentation. I hope the new generation will enjoy watching this film.”
Putting more light on this project, Sthita said, “I have entered into this industry to make films and finally I got a very good script. It has been shot at Angul and Mayurbhanj districts of Odisha. The story is based on a high profile murder case. Three educated strangers committed the crime and took a royal family hostage.”

“Here the Atithi (Guests) are unwanted guests and the story revolves around it. In this film our content is our hero and the characters are just taking it forward together. We have planned to release it during ‘Raja’ festival this year in multiplexes. We also have plans to release it on different OTT platforms.” he signed off.
