UPSC Odisha Topper Secures AIR- 63

Karthik Panigrahi has secured the 63rd rank in the Civil Services Examination 2021, which makes him Odisha’s topper. He hails from the Sonepur district of Odisha. This was his third attempt and he managed to secure a promising rank, bringing pride to Odisha.

Out of the 685 candidates who successfully cleared the examination, 10 were from Odisha. The other candidates were Gourab Kumar Agarwal, who secured the 86th rank, Pooja Sahu– 199th, Durga Prasad Adhikary– 205th, Mayank Mishra– 228th, Biswa Bisruta Tripathy– 232nd, Samir Kumar Jena– 273rd, Soumya Ranjan Pradhan– 306th, Manas Ranjan Sahu– 513th and Narayan Ranjan Das secured the 614th rank. 

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, warmly congratulated all successful candidates from Odisha via his Twitter handle. 

Based on merit, according to the combined results of Written Test Civil Services 2021, January and Personality Test, April-May of the Civil Services Examination 2021, the candidates will be appointed to Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.
